Michael Sarfo

I work in data entry, online research, e-commerce, sales and customer support, and I am also a painter and visual artist. Over the years, I have supported more than five institutions with data entry and administrative tasks, keeping their information accurate and well organised. As an artist, I have completed over 100 projects for individuals and organisations, always working to the client's requirements and deadlines. My e-commerce and sales work has taught me how to talk with customers, research products, keep information in order and find practical solutions to problems. I aim to finish every task accurately and on time, while saving time and avoiding unnecessary costs. I check my work carefully so that the people relying on it can trust it. I am comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Forms, and with the online tools used for research and communication. I learn quickly, adapt easily and can be relied on to deliver. I am looking to contribute to a remote or international team while continuing to grow professionally.
