I am a dynamic and results-driven Risk, Compliance, and Finance professional with experience spanning healthcare financing, public sector financial management, donorfunded programs, and business advisory. I currently serve as Risk and Compliance Manager at the Medical Aid Society of Malawi (MASM), leading strategic risk frameworks, strengthening internal controls, safeguarding assets, and promoting a strong governance and compliance culture. Previously, I worked as an Accountant at MASM and held key consultancy and leadership roles with GIZ PFEM Malawi, COMFWB Malawi Chapter, and the Graça Machel Trust, focusing on financial management, public sector reconciliations, resource mobilization, and enterprise development. Combined with earlier experiences at Malawi Police SACCO and NEEF, I bring a proven ability to enhance financial integrity, mitigate risk, and support sustainable institutional performance.
