I mainly do customer service-related jobs and appointment setter-related jobs. I definitely learned more about how some businesses operate, and I also had the opportunity to broaden my knowledge and interpersonal skills. I would like an inbound or outbound campaign in the field of insurance or a medical spa. In the insurance field, I can do inbound calls, and in a medical spa, I can be an appointment setter or a virtual assistant. I have experience in both fields, where I had the opportunity to be a qualifying agent. I had to pass the client to the LIA. On the Medical Spa side, I had to reach out via outbound calls and set appointments for people who were interested in the service. I also had the opportunity in the past to do B2B and book meetings as well.
