Melissa Hayden

I am currently a remote medical transcriptionist with 9+ years experience mainly in orthopedics/pain management and physical therapy. I am looking to expand my transcription capabilities into other areas as well as the medical field. I have held positions in administrative/office management roles for over 10 years. I have experience of over 10 years in student newspaper/radio reporting, design, and editing. I have held roles in media from a reporter, editor, web editor and page design to managing editor, and lastly editor-in-chief. Over the years I have continued to sharpen my editing skills by freelance work editing on a by client basis mostly for family, friends, and their suggests clients. In addition, I am a corgi mom and have been semi-professionally pet-sitting for over 10 years.
