Marketing & Community Engagement Professional | Campaigns, Partnerships & Content | Turning Relationships Into Measurable Growth
I build marketing programs and community partnerships that turn relationships into measurable results. Over the past decade, I've worn many hats across marketing, sales, and outreach — from leading market research and multi-channel campaigns as a Marketing Manager, to supporting small business owners and entrepreneurs as an Outreach & Marketing Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Along the way, I've planned and executed community events and trade shows, led CRM training and adoption across cross-functional teams, developed content and public-facing communications, and built long-term partnerships with nonprofits, economic development organizations, and community stakeholders. What ties this together is a genuine interest in people — understanding what they need, translating that into strategy, and following through on execution. Whether I'm coordinating a multi-state outreach campaign, training a team on a new CRM, or building trust with a small business owner navigating their first loan application, I bring the same mix of curiosity, organization, and follow-through. I'm currently finishing my Bachelor of Applied Studies in Organizational Leadership (marketing minor) at UW-Green Bay, building on an Associate's degree with an emphasis in Marketing Analytics. I'm also active in my community as a Chamber of Commerce board member, credit union board member and treasurer, and a member of a regional manufacturing alliance's Communications Taskforce — work that keeps me closely connected to the small businesses and community organizations I care about. I'm open to marketing, communications, and community engagement roles — including remote opportunities — where I can bring strategy, relationship-building, and hands-on execution together to help an organization grow. Let's connect — I'd love to hear about what you're building.
