I also served as sole architect for a Zoho CRM implementation that replaced spreadsheets, handwritten notes, and a bulky proposal tool with a 10-user sales team’s first dedicated pipeline system. Earlier in my career, I increased post-launch LMS adoption by 35% for a global enterprise client and reduced publication production time by 20% for a federal agency client.
