I build Salesforce solutions for a live P2P lending platform, the kind where bugs in production actually affect investor money, so the work has to be solid. Over the past 3.5 years at CloudKaptan, I've worked across the full spectrum of a fintech Salesforce build: loan lifecycle automation, Direct Debit integrations, Experian credit API, FCA-compliant investor workflows, and real-time event-driven architecture using Platform Events and CDC. Right now I'm the technical lead for a 5-member team. That means I'm in sprint planning, task allocation, client billing cycles, and technical grooming sessions — while still writing the complex Apex and shipping the features myself. Most recently, I designed and delivered a Redemption Interest Statement module that handles future-dues projection, fee calculations, investor splits, and a multi-stage approval workflow.
