Maxim Kudryavtsev

I'm a Flutter developer with 4 years of commercial experience building and scaling production mobile apps for international clients, including teams in Germany. I work with Flutter and Dart, state management (BLoC, Riverpod, GetX), REST APIs, WebSockets and Firebase, and I write unit, widget and integration tests and handle CI/CD and App Store / Google Play releases. Two things I'm proud of: 1. I led a full architectural rewrite of a production meal-ordering app on a new scalable architecture and owned it from design to release. Stability and performance improved, and the majority of users moved from the web version to the mobile app. 2. I built an EV charging app with BLoC and a reusable Liquid Glass design system, and delivered real-time and AI-powered features for healthcare and social apps (including a sole-developer maps feature that records where photos were taken). I take features end to end, work closely with backend engineers, designers and stakeholders, and use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini) daily to move faster without lowering quality. I'm looking for a remote mid-to-senior Flutter or cross-platform mobile role in a product team, ideally with complex business logic or AI features, as a contractor (B2B) or full-time. I'm based in Ukraine (UTC+3) and comfortable working with European and US time zones.
