I am a passionate person in the call center field, with experience at PT Cakra Radha Mustika. Skilled in communicating with consumers, teamwork and achieving company targets, and accustomed to using various tools such as computers, headsets and other equipment as support. I also have TOELF and TOAFL certifications from the campus where I studied, namely UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. In terms of technical matters, I master Microsoft Office, telephone communication and data entry. In addition, I also have good soft skills such as operating a call center system, handling complaints and communication techniques via telephone.
