Why hello! I'm a specialist in designing and developing digital-first learning experiences, with a strong focus on improving UX and thinking about training through a system-focused lens. I am always asking the question: “How can we help the learner succeed?” Then, I will pick the tool and plan the strategy to make that happen. I have 10+ years of experience designing and building learning solutions, primarily for businesses and government clients. My toolkit is vast, and I've built video modules, audio products, VoPP-style modules, microlearning, simulations, and LMS courses. My specialty is using the Articulate Suite of products to do integrated simulated and modular learning courses. If your organization isn't afraid of asking: "Why do we need this training?" or "Is this really the solution we need?", I may be a good fit.
