For 25 years, I have helped growing organizations build better products and stronger cultures — from YOOX to Tailoor, through Credimi and ShopFully. I don't have a single career: I have paths. My trajectory runs from engineering to organizational design: from building technical systems to designing the systems in which people work, decide, and grow together. I operate at the intersection of product strategy, organizational design, and leadership development — with a focus on reducing individual dependency and increasing systemic team maturity. Beyond organizations, I explore the same questions at the level of the individual: with Fitness Esistenziale, a philosophical framework for treating life as a practice rather than a performance, and with Oneiros — the studio I co-founded — where we are building Martha, an AI tool for high-cognitive-intensity professionals.
