I am a seasoned hotelier with over 33 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I have worked in both Resort properties as well as a City property where I have mastered all the operational nuances of these properties and the differences in their operating procedures and policies. As a dedicated trainer and recruiter, I have a proven track record of developing top-tier teams and enhancing guest experiences at luxury hotels where I worked. My passion for excellence and innovative training methods have earned me accolades by peers in the industry. I also oversaw major upgrading works in two of the properties that I had the privilege to have worked for. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and exploring new challenges in the profession.
