With a 25-year career in the industry and the skills acquired throughout my journey as a Journalist, PR Specialist, Manager, and Producer, I possess the comprehensive toolkit required for the full development of many roles. As a broadcaster, radio programmer, and journalist, I trained myself in deep research to produce shows, write scripts, program stations, build strong relations among sponsors, artists and talent. To date, this experience has sharpened my ability to discover specific, functional opportunities that align with current consumer trends, exploring everything from their origins to their development and goals. As a Manager, I have gained specialized knowledge in artist development through established traditional market strategies as well as new digital-focused approaches. I constantly update my methods according to market demands or create new pathways from scratch. My experience ranges from internal artistic and organizational direction to development and execution—covering media promotion campaigns as well as networking with event producers and live performance coordination. My goal is always to create a product that guarantees capital and effective assets for both the talent and the company. As a PR Specialist, I have developed the ability to establish formal contact with media outlets, companies, individuals, and brands for the promotional and commercial development of talent. This is achieved through creative agreements, traditional strategies, and market analysis, supported by an extensive database and solid relationships with marketing teams, editors, news directors, journalists, DJs, and influencers. Furthermore—and as a significant contribution—my experience living and working with different international industry companies, has allowed me to learn and apply international methods effectively, globalizing my professional approach.
