With more than twenty years of experience delivering enterprise software implementations, cybersecurity programs, IAM modernization, and cloud/infrastructure initiatives, I bring a proven track record of leading complex technology projects in highly regulated environments while driving clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery outcomes. In my recent role as Senior Information Security Project Manager and IAM Program Manager at PSEG, I led multimillion dollar enterprise software and security initiatives supporting more than 6,000 users. This included directing a $7M SailPoint modernization program, managing cloud to on prem integrations, and embedding Agile ceremonies across internal and vendor teams to improve transparency and delivery cadence. I also built executive ready dashboards in Jira and ServiceNow that strengthened decision making and improved milestone, risk, and dependency visibility. Prior to PSEG, I managed over 100 enterprise technology, cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance projects at Entergy, totaling more than $20M. I led Agile/Scrum delivery, mentored PMO staff, and partnered with audit, compliance, and operations teams to ensure alignment with NIST, SOX, and governance requirements. Across all roles, I have consistently delivered complex software and infrastructure programs on time, within budget, and with strong stakeholder satisfaction.
