I’m a project and program professional with 13+ years of experience in engineering and international environments, including 7 years directly leading and coordinating complex projects remotely. I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, innovation and business, managing 10+ international initiatives (€2M–€10M) with cross-functional teams across engineering, data and operations. I’m used to navigating ambiguity, aligning diverse stakeholders and keeping projects moving forward in complex, multi-partner environments. What I do best is bring structure where things feel messy. I build clear governance, define processes that actually work, and create reporting that helps teams and leadership make decisions. I’m often the person connecting people, clarifying priorities and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. I’ve spent most of my career working in international and multicultural settings, collaborating in English and across different organizations and time zones. I’m now looking for a remote role as a Program Manager, PMO Manager or Project Manager, where I can contribute to strategic initiatives, improve how projects are run, and be part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team.
