I'm María a process and business transformation specialist, with a strong strategical and creative approach to solving operational problems. Over the years, I've worked closely alongside Product teams; often as the person translating what operations, compliance, or support teams actually need into something Product and Engineering can build. That's given me real comfort with discovery, mapping user cases, and figuring out what to prioritize when there's more to solve than time allows. I work across process optimization, workflow automation, and data analysis — the kind of projects that involve untangling how something works today, deciding what's worth automating versus fixing manually, and coordinating across Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to get there. I'm especially drawn to using AI and automation as part of that toolkit: I build workflows in n8n, use Claude and Gemini both to build tools and as thinking partners for analysis and drafting, and work regularly with Looker and more recently Pendo for data and product insight. I specialize in translating complex operational needs into structured, scalable solutions — combining an analytical and logical background with hands-on use of AI and automation tools.
