Marcelo Barbosa

I’m a Communication Designer and Graphic Designer with a technical background in Graphic Design and ongoing higher education in Communication Design. I have experience working on branding, visual identities, digital content, social media, illustration, motion design, and video editing. I work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma, and I also use generative AI tools to support research, ideation, visual exploration, and creative development. One of my achievements has been developing a multidisciplinary portfolio that combines branding, illustration, digital communication, motion, and audiovisual projects, allowing me to approach different types of creative challenges and adapt visual solutions to different audiences and objectives. Another important experience was working as a co-instructor in Design and Multimedia, where I supported students throughout their learning process, helped with design software and exercises, and assisted with the development of creative projects. This experience strengthened not only my technical knowledge, but also my communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. For my next remote role, I’m looking for an opportunity where I can contribute as a Graphic or Communication Designer while continuing to grow professionally. I’m particularly interested in roles involving branding, digital content, social media, visual communication, motion design, or creative production. I would like to work with a team or clients where I can contribute ideas, receive feedback, take responsibility for projects, and develop long-term professional relationships. I’m especially interested in a remote environment that values creativity, collaboration, learning, and good communication, while giving me the opportunity to work on meaningful projects and continue expanding my skills.
