I am a results-oriented and strategic Travel Management professional with 20 years of international experience across Business Travel, Revenue Management, Senior Account Management, hotel operations, reservations, and tourism. Throughout my career, I have combined commercial thinking, data-driven decision-making, relationship management, and operational excellence to maximize revenue, optimize costs, and create long-term value for companies and their customers. My core expertise includes Revenue and Yield Management, strategic account management, business travel management, supplier and partner management, travel procurement, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and travel technology. In my current role as Travel Manager and Director Business Travel, I manage and continuously optimize the entire business travel program, develop strategic procurement and travel strategies, negotiate framework agreements, manage key travel partners, and use KPIs, reporting, forecasting, and market analysis to identify savings and optimization opportunities. My background in hotel management has given me a strong commercial understanding of pricing, demand, distribution, reservations, customer segmentation, and revenue optimization. As a Reservations Manager, Front of House Manager, and Rooms Division Manager, I was responsible for reservations, budget compliance, COMP Set monitoring, group and corporate business, supplier relationships, and teams of up to 51 employees. I also gained valuable experience in Corporate Account Management and managing complex customer and partner relationships.
