Hi, my name is Manuel Fernando. I have around eight years of experience in operations, outreach coordination, and project support primarily in remote settings with international clients. Most of that time was spent at eTraffic.co, a digital marketing agency serving European and US markets, where I managed campaign workflows, coordinated a team of virtual assistants, handled client reporting, and supported the CEO with research and document preparation. I also led all email negotiations, covering pricing, deliverables, and terms, and built enough rapport with partner sites that article edits were done at no extra cost when needed, which saved the company ongoing expenses. Before that I worked as a Virtual Assistant handling lead generation, database management, and administrative support. I work well under pressure, I communicate clearly, and I'm used to keeping things moving even when people don't agree. I've spent the past year upskilling and I'm now looking for a remote role where I can put that experience to good use.
