Last 3 years focused on B2B SaaS and tech: freelance Creative Director since 2023, plus Mind the Product (remote) since January 2025. Two results: 1. At Mind the Product, designed a short-form video system for two weekly shows and built an agentic post-production pipeline where an AI agent operates Adobe Premiere and a human approves every output. Production per episode dropped from 3 days to 4 hours. 2. At EBDE DEMP in Istanbul, promoted to team lead within two months, built the studio and an 8-person team from scratch, and grew its output to match a 20-person studio. Also: raised team efficiency by 40% at WeQual by redesigning the post-production workflow, and directed Samyang Buldak, a B2B pitch film for EU wholesale buyers produced entirely with AI video, with no live shoot. Next role: full-time, remote, Creative Director or Head of Creative at a B2B SaaS or tech company, where creative leadership means building the team, the workflow and the brand rules, not only producing videos.
