Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to join companies at exciting moments of growth, when they needed someone to create structure, bring people together, and turn ideas into scalable operations. Whether it was building Customer Service teams from the ground up, launching ecommerce businesses, hiring and developing talent, redesigning fulfillment operations, or leading cross-functional projects, I've always been drawn to the challenge of creating something meaningful from scratch. What motivates me most isn't simply achieving business goals, it's seeing the people, teams, and businesses I helped build continue to grow long after the project is complete. I believe great customer experience doesn't start with customer service. It starts with strong operations, empowered people, clear processes, and a shared vision.
