ARR within 10 months of launch. I like solving for the messy middle of product work: fixing leaky onboarding funnels, tuning monetization without hurting retention, and turning fuzzy business goals into PRDs and sprints teams can actually execute. Some outcomes I'm proud of is a 240 bps lift in retention from better engagement hooks, a 140 bps jump in payer conversion from smarter IAP pricing, and 50+ shipped features that moved the needle on LTV.
