Call Center Supervisor/Trainer
Hello, My name is Makaylah Canty. I am currently a Call Center Supervisor/Trainer with 10+ years within the Customer Service field and 6+ Years within the Call Center field. In my current role, I manage a Dental Insurance Call Center with 32 agents, assisting with tasks like onboarding, creating new and improved training for new-hires and current employees, supervisor calls, claim/authorization inquires, Quality Assurance, going over covered services offered by the program and plenty more duties. I am currently looking forward to expanding my horizon due to my company’s contract with the state of Maryland coming to an end. I am looking for a senior or lead role in a Customer Service setting where I can bring my own personal knowledge and skills along with growing within the company and providing longevity.
