I’m a cross-functional operations and project professional with 4 years of experience managing teams, projects, workflows, and business operations in a fast-paced startup environment. My work has spanned project and program management, team leadership, recruitment and employee management, campaigns, digital operations, and cross-functional coordination. I’ve worked with distributed teams across different countries and managed multiple initiatives simultaneously. Two achievements I’m particularly proud of are building and managing teams from the ground up, including hiring, onboarding, day-to-day management, payroll coordination, performance follow-up, and employee development; and building and managing a 13+ channel content operation, coordinating people, workflows, content schedules, platforms, and deliverables while keeping multiple moving parts on track. I’ve also managed cross-functional projects involving technical, content, marketing, sales, and support teams. For my next role, I’m looking for a remote Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or Team/Business Operations position where I can take ownership, coordinate people and processes, solve operational challenges, and help teams execute effectively. I’m particularly interested in an environment with clear responsibilities, professional processes, and opportunities to grow while working with an international or distributed team.
