I’ve spent more than a decade working where complexity, people, deadlines, and customer expectations collide — and my strength has always been turning that complexity into controlled, dependable operations. My background spans hospitality operations, central reservations, customer service, team coordination, training, and high-volume environments. Today, I manage central reservation operations across 9 hotels, covering approximately 1,750 rooms, suites, and villas. In an environment where hundreds of moving details can affect revenue, guest experience, and team performance, I have learned to see the whole operational picture without losing the detail that makes it work. I have improved reservation conversion, handled VIP and group business, trained team members, coordinated across properties, and worked continuously with competing priorities, changing requirements, and time-sensitive decisions. What I bring is not simply experience performing tasks; it is the ability to understand what needs to happen next, keep people and information aligned, identify problems before they become larger ones, and take ownership until the work is actually finished. I am now bringing that experience into the remote environment, targeting Client Operations, Operations Coordination, Customer Success, Project Coordination, AI-enabled operations, and other roles where reliability, judgement, communication, and execution matter. I also actively explore AI and modern productivity tools as operational leverage — using them to structure information, improve workflows, challenge assumptions, reduce friction, and make better decisions, while keeping human judgement and verification at the center. I’m looking for a remote team where I can do more than complete a queue of tasks: I want to become the person who understands how the work moves, makes the moving parts visible, and helps the entire operation move better.
