I'm a senior-level technical writer with solid experience in the healthcare, telecom, and financial industries. I have a strong background in documenting software and performing business analysis tasks. Lately, I have been helping clients write Policies and Procedures to comply with NIST-related standards, including CMMC Level 2 Policies and Procedures. My skill set includes SharePoint, Confluence, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office (especially Word--expert level). I am laser-focused on the user and work well with all kinds of teams. I truly enjoy helping to clarify technical material for users. I think my two strongest qualities are: I am adaptable and detail-oriented. I also have my own podcast (over 100 episodes) which means I am super comfortable interviewing all types of people (important for tech writers!). I also had a blog for 4 years and regularly write for Medium.com, so I can do other types of writing needed (brochures or comms).
