I’m a semi retiree professional with a background in supporting Senior Recruiters and Managers in the hiring of top talent for their open positions. My role in most of the departments that I supported over the years consisted of initial phone screening, conducting STAR interviews, reference checks, follow up calls during the background check process and updating and disposition codes on candidates within the ATS, Most of my former managers that I reported to commented and appreciated my ability to relate and connect to all levels of the organization/appreciating my professional friendly approach and style.
