Luthfunnahar Shancyi

I am a development and humanitarian professional with over eight years of experience working in gender equality, protection, community engagement, and research documentation. I have worked with national and international organizations including ActionAid Bangladesh and Asia Justice & Rights (AJAR), supporting programs related to women’s rights, transitional justice, and community-based initiatives. My work focuses on project coordination, training facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and research-based documentation. I have designed and facilitated workshops, coordinated multi-stakeholder initiatives, supported policy and research projects, and managed documentation processes including reports, interviews, and case studies. I have also led collaborative research initiatives involving youth groups, civil society actors, and local partners across Bangladesh. In addition to program coordination, I bring strong skills in research writing, qualitative analysis, and report preparation for development and advocacy initiatives. I am comfortable working in multicultural environments, coordinating remote teams, and managing projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines. I am currently open to remote opportunities in project coordination, research support, program management, training facilitation, and documentation roles within NGOs, research organizations, consulting firms, or social impact initiatives.
