Currently, I lead the Finance department at PROA BRASIL, conducting the financial restructuring of a business ecosystem that includes an architecture firm and a real estate development company. I act as a connection point between operations and the capital market, focusing on governance, profitability, and long-term sustainability. Before taking on this position, I developed a robust foundation in corporate finance, controllership, and healthy debt structuring, working at institutions such as Wone Bank, where I worked for over two years as a Controller, and also at Instituto Techmail, where I had the opportunity to join the financial leadership of an organization focused on social impact and educational innovation.This experience added an extra layer to my ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and complex environments — always with a focus on efficiency, responsibility, and sustainable performance. My background was strengthened by more than six years acting as a Financial Advisor, a period during which I developed attentive listening to the business, learning to align numbers with strategy and decisions with market reality. What drives me is precisely this: turning financial complexity into clarity for decision-making.
