Lucy Bellingham

I develop curricula, professional learning and practical teaching resources that help educators turn ideas into effective classroom practice. I bring more than 20 years of experience in teaching and school leadership, and since 2021 I have worked with schools and teachers through We Teach Drama, designing resources and delivering professional development online and in person. Recent projects include developing a primary Drama curriculum for North London Collegiate School Singapore and creating bespoke secondary curriculum materials for teachers delivering Drama outside their specialism. I have also delivered professional development for approximately 40 Harris Federation teachers. Earlier in my career, I led a whole-school focus on oracy and supported colleagues across different subjects to develop their teaching practice. I am now seeking UK-based remote work in curriculum development, teacher professional learning or education consultancy. I enjoy working with educators to understand their needs, designing clear learning sequences and guidance, and refining materials so they work in real settings.
