I’ve spent the last 6+ years working directly with U.S.-based founders and CEOs, mostly in growing companies where you have to wear different hats and figure things out as you go. My strength is operations. When I see something isn’t working, I like finding out why and building a better process around it. I’ve managed teams, created SOPs and KPIs, improved client follow-ups, coordinated projects, and used CRM and AI automation to make everyday work easier. I’m looking for a long-term company where I can really learn the business, take ownership of my work, and grow with the team. I’m not looking to just complete a list of tasks. I want to be someone the company can rely on.
