I bring strong organisational and communication skills to every project I'm part of. 👩🏼‍🎓 In my Master's thesis, I explored how cultural diversity impacts the communication, collaboration, and decision-making processes in international teams during a sprint cycle. My goal was to develop actionable strategies for working effectively across cultures.
