Lindy Bailey

I have spent many years in office administration, most recently in oral surgery and general dentistry practices. In those roles I found I especially enjoyed the insurance and billing side of the work. Claims, coding, and accounts receivable became the part of the job I both liked and did well, largely because I like the satisfaction of matching details accurately and seeing an account resolve cleanly. That work led me to pursue and earn certifications in medical billing and coding. I am self-motivated and work well independently, with the focus and follow-through remote billing work requires. This would be my first dedicated billing and coding role, but I already have hands-on exposure from dental practice operations. I am a reliable, detail-focused teammate and ready to contribute with a high level of accuracy.
