I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Technology professional currently completing my Diploma in IT at KCA University. With a strong foundation in database design, system development and software programming, I have developed a technical toolkit that allows me to excel in remote environments where autonomy and precision are essential. My professional capabilities were honed during a high-discipline ICT attachment at Moi Airbase Eastleigh, where I managed critical systems including Oracle-ERP, SQL Point-of-Sale systems and Active Directory. This experience in a high-security setting proved my ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure and maintain operational continuity—skills that translate directly to the reliability needed for remote technical support. In addition to my systems administration background, I am a Cisco-certified networking professional and an active contributor to software projects, such as a Java-based tracking system and a Hospital Management System. Beyond my technical skills, my experience as a university representative has equipped me with the advanced communication and coordination abilities necessary for collaborating effectively with distributed teams. I am currently seeking remote roles in Technical Support, Junior System Administration or Database Management.
