I’m an instructional designer with several years of experience building accessible, high‑clarity learning experiences in higher education and K–12. Before moving into higher ed, I served as the Media & Instructional Technology Director for Williston Public Schools, where I led a team of 25, managed district‑wide professional learning, and built user‑centered training systems that improved teacher readiness and technology adoption. In my current role, I’ve designed course templates that streamline faculty workload and developed accessibility workflows that reduce cognitive load for both instructors and students. In my next remote role, I’m seeking a position where I can combine my passion for education, instructional design, curriculum development, and systems‑level leadership to help organizations create clear, effective, learner‑centered experiences.
