Lena-Marie Rieger

I’m a Senior Motion Designer and Creative Lead with 12 years of experience in motion design, video production and creative direction. I work across 2D animation, video editing, compositing, visual storytelling and social-first content, taking projects from the initial idea and concept through to final production. In my current role at FischerAppelt, I work as a Senior Motion Designer and Creative Lead for clients including Deutsche Bank, Coca-Cola, LEGO, Unilever, Samsung, AstraZeneca and AbbVie. I’m used to working on fast-paced projects, leading creative processes and collaborating with designers, creatives, strategists and clients. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of creativity, technology and new production workflows. AI tools have become an important part of my creative process, from ideation and visual development to animation and content production. I’m now looking for a full-time remote role where I can combine hands-on motion design with creative leadership and work with an international team.
