I’m an experienced People Operations leader also doubled as an Executive Assistant, with a track record of building HR infrastructure from zero in fast-moving, globally distributed environments. My experience includes owning the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, compliance, IT provisioning, payroll systems, and people data for remote-first teams across multiple countries. I combine a builder's mindset with a strong bias for automation - a strong example is having reduced manual HR workload by over 50% through ClickUp and Slack integrations. I’m fluent in Spanish (C1), experienced working across time zones, and passionate about creating employee experiences that are equitable, consistent, and human.
