I am a QA and Test Management professional with 15+ years of experience in software quality engineering, QA leadership, ETL/data testing, integration/API testing, data validation and enterprise applications across banking, insurance and other domains. I have led QA teams, managed end-to-end test delivery, collaborated with business and technology stakeholders, and worked across Agile environments. My core strengths include ETL testing, SQL, data quality, SIT/UAT, API and integration testing, defect and release management, QA governance, and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps. I also have hands-on exposure to Python, FastAPI and Docker and have recently expanded into AI/ML and data engineering concepts including Databricks, Snowflake, PySpark, RAG and LLM-based applications. As part of my recent AI/ML work, I developed a D2C Customer Churn Intelligence and Retention Platform covering data audit, EDA, RFM segmentation, machine-learning modeling and API development, achieving 94.05% recall and 88.53% ROC-AUC. I am looking for a senior remote role such as QA/Test Manager, QA Lead, ETL/Data QA Lead, Data Quality or AI/Data Quality leadership role where I can combine my QA leadership and data-testing experience with my growing AI/ML expertise.
