I am a Strategic Communications and Behaviour Change (SBCC) Specialist with 8+ years of experience working across Tanzania, Somalia, Kenya, and Ethiopia, designing and delivering communication for development programmes. My work focuses on translating complex policy, climate, and humanitarian issues into clear, audience-centered narratives that drive understanding and action. I have contributed to multi-country media and development initiatives with organisations including BBC Media Action and programmes supported by GAC, FCDO/DFID, SDC, WFP, and UN partners. My key achievements include leading storytelling and editorial strategies for youth governance, climate resilience, food systems, and peacebuilding programmes—bridging the gap between technical content and lived community realities across radio, digital, and multimedia platforms. As an independent consultant, I specialise in communication strategy, SBCC, editorial development, and impact storytelling, with a strong focus on climate and humanitarian contexts. I am currently seeking remote consultancy and contract roles with NGOs, INGOs, and development partners in strategic communications, SBCC, climate communication, and media for development—where I can support organisations to design communication that not only informs, but influences behaviour and drives measurable impact.
