I’m a healthcare professional with a background in behavioral health, care coordination, and patient-facing operations. I’m now bringing that frontline experience into healthcare operations, training, implementation, and program-focused roles. I’ve worked in complex, fast-paced environments where success depends on more than simply completing tasks. I’ve helped navigate competing priorities, assess risks, improve workflows, coordinate across teams, support patients and families, and identify gaps that were getting in the way of quality care. I’m especially drawn to work where I can take an unclear process or operational challenge and turn it into something more structured, measurable, and sustainable. My clinical background has given me a strong understanding of the realities that providers, patients, families, and care teams face every day. I pair that perspective with strengths in organization, communication, problem-solving, training, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement.
