I am a detail-oriented marketing and administrative professional with 8+ years experience in customer service, scheduling, and client support across both in-person and remote environments. My background includes roles in marketing coordination, executive assistance, dispatch, and digital content creation. I specialize in communication, organization, and creating a positive customer experience. Whether I am managing high-volume calls, coordinating travel plans, resolving client concerns, or supporting day-to-day operations, I take tremendous pride in being reliable and efficient. In my most recent role as a Marketing Director and Executive Assistant, I managed multi-platform marketing campaigns, handled customer communications, and supported leadership. I have also worked remotely as a writer and digital marketing promoter where I managed multiple projects, conducted interviews, and met tight deadlines independently. My most recent achievement that I am proud of is that I was selected for Leadership Nampa, a competitive leadership development program through the Chamber of Commerce. The program is focused on community impact and professional growth for aspiring leaders. I have also earned my Bachelor's Degree in Child Development and Psychology, strengthening my communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. I am currently seeking a remote position where I can contribute my skills in customer support, travel coordination, or administrative assistance. I am especially interested in roles that involve helping people, whether that is assistant customers, coordinating experiences, or supporting a team behind the scenes. I love roles that require strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving and I am very excited to grow in a remote environment.
