I'm a remote operations and lead generation specialist with 7 years of experience working for US and EU companies from Tirana, Albania. I spent five years co-founding and running Pristine, a B2B agency, where I owned the full client lifecycle (discovery, onboarding, weekly communication, delivery and reporting) and built the cold-email engine that booked 1,000+ qualified meetings for clients, including all the deliverability work: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup and inbox rotation. Before that I worked two years as a QA specialist at a US company, reviewing customer cases for accuracy and compliance on US hours. I automate the repetitive parts of every job I hold. I've built CRM workflows and AI agents with Make, n8n, GoHighLevel and Python, and I've shipped two paying SaaS products solo, so I'm comfortable owning a system end to end, not just operating inside one. I'm looking for a full-time remote role in operations, customer success, lead generation or automation at a company that works async and measures output. I'm fluent in English, fast in any CRM, available for US time zones, and used to owning a queue from first contact to resolution.
