I run the operational backbone of an enterprise learning management system. For 8+ years at Carnegie Mellon's Software Engineering Institute, I have owned Docebo LMS administration, learning plan architecture, course governance, compliance training delivery under DoD and FERPA obligations, live-online session support, and audit-ready reporting for a federally funded audience distributed across multiple regions. Two things I've achieved: First, I spearheaded SEI's rapid pivot from in-person to live-online delivery in April 2020, launched the new operating model in August 2020, hit over 80% of annual training objectives that year, and have owned the day-to-day and year-to-year evolution of the model since. Second, I led a full enterprise LMS platform migration with zero service disruption, aligned to DoD and FERPA compliance standards, and built the scalable SOPs and dashboards that became the governance standard across our learning ecosystem. I'm looking for a fully remote LMS Administrator or Learning Systems Administrator role at an EdTech company, university, corporate L&D team, or mission-driven nonprofit where deep Docebo expertise, systems-thinking, and operational rigor can make immediate impact.
