I’m a native French speaker from France, working remotely in French and English, with a focus on clear, accurate written communication. For over ten years, I’ve worked in roles that require precision and care for people: restaurant service, welcoming VIP guests in an international bar in Lausanne, six years in Swiss haute horlogerie, and most recently a fully remote internship in English for a sales consulting firm, where I handled written client follow-ups, meeting scheduling and HubSpot CRM updates. Two things I’m proud of: – I trained 2 new colleagues in precision watch assembly and quality control over 4 months. – I was responsible for the cash register and end-of-shift reconciliation at a busy bar in Lausanne, where accuracy mattered every night. Next, I’m looking for a remote customer support role (email and chat), ideally with French-speaking customers, where attention to detail, patience and well-written replies make a real difference. I learn new tools quickly and work reliably on my own.
