Software developer with 30 years of experience, including 2.5 years building production generative AI solutions. I've spent the last 18 years at TruOI/iDashboards architecting enterprise applications — from backend infrastructure in Java, Python, and C# to AI-powered features using OpenAI APIs, RAG systems, and vector databases. Recent highlights include building an AI Command system using natural language embeddings, a RAG-based help system, and AI-driven chart and dashboard insights using OpenAI's code interpreter. I also built AI Chart Generation and Form Generation features using structured output and SQL query generation, allowing users to create complex visualizations and forms through natural language alone. Beyond AI, I've implemented Single Sign-On using OpenID Connect and SAML, designed a generic REST connector supporting multiple authentication schemes, and built full-text search using Lucene. I love writing clean, well-crafted code and diving into problems I haven't solved before. My background in mathematics gives me a strong analytical foundation that I bring to every technical challenge. I'm equally comfortable working independently or collaborating closely with a team, and I'm always looking to grow and learn.
