Across my career, I’ve designed and delivered leadership and professional development experiences for organizations ranging from federal labs to global tech companies. I’m known for innovative approaches to leader development which are based on neuroscience, design thinking, and the most recent research on resilience. At Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, I managed lab-wide learning initiatives for managers, including onboarding, psychological safety training, upskilling, and team development. I bring extensive experience leading programs grounded in adult learning, inclusive facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration. I've been working remotely since 2007.
