Project Coordinator | Marketing Operations | Event Planning | Internal Communications
I've spent the last eight years building a career in marketing, but what I've always enjoyed most is being the person behind the scenes making things happen. I love taking a project with a million moving pieces and figuring out how to bring it together in a way that feels organized, thoughtful, and seamless. My path into marketing wasn't a straight line. I started in customer facing roles and worked my way into marketing, events, communications, and project coordination. That experience taught me how to adapt quickly, communicate with all kinds of people, and stay calm when things don't go according to plan. Those skills have ended up being just as valuable as anything I learned in a classroom. In my current role, no two days look the same, which is exactly how I like it. One day I might be planning an event, coordinating with multiple departments, and managing timelines. The next, I'm digging into reports, creating marketing materials, solving unexpected problems, or finding a better way to do something that's been done the same way for years. I've always been someone who notices inefficiencies and immediately starts thinking about how to improve them. The people I work with know me as someone they can rely on. If something needs to get done, I'll figure it out. I'm highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture. I take a lot of pride in my work, care about doing things well, and genuinely enjoy being part of a team that's working toward a common goal. I'm currently looking for opportunities where I can continue growing in project coordination, marketing operations, communications, and event planning while bringing the same reliability, creativity, and problem solving mindset that has helped me succeed throughout my career.
