What I've built: - Restructured the freight network from a single national agent to 12 specialized regional agents, rebuilding the fuel surcharge formula, road and air freight pricing, and the dedicated load pricing model. Strategy contributed to 125% freight volume growth across Eastern Cape, Western Cape, and KwaZulu-Natal year over year. - Designed and built the company's semi-automated branch profitability reporting system, now load-bearing for the finance function. Cleans 15,000+ monthly revenue entries with built-in Sage validation, then integrates four cost reports for branch-level profit allocation. - Maintain the Place Master destination pricing dataset spanning 10,000–30,000 areas across South Africa and SADC neighbors. Cover new client onboarding, the annual rate increase cycle, and tender support, including a 21,000+ destination bid. - Run feasibility studies for the directorship across branch expansion, vehicle acquisition, and route synergy decisions.
