I’m a remote operations and content professional currently working as a Recruitment Officer at OIgetit. I started there as an AI Content Operations Associate and was promoted after two months. My work involves recruitment, candidate screening, structured interviews, onboarding, managing remote content creators, coordinating workflows and deadlines, and making sure content meets quality and accuracy standards. Before moving into recruitment, I worked directly with AI-assisted content production, CMS publishing, breaking news verification and social media content. I regularly had to research information quickly, check sources and evidence, and make sure content was accurate before publication. Outside of my main role, I’m also the founder of 44 Strategy, a small digital agency where I work on social media strategy, web design and content for clients. I’ve built a live Three.js website, developed social strategies and content calendars, and managed social media for a church organisation. I’m now looking for a remote role in operations, content operations, recruitment, AI operations, project coordination or a similar position where I can take on more responsibility, work with an international team and continue building my career.
