I’m a GoHighLevel and Zapier Automation Specialist based in the Philippines. For more than two years, I’ve been building practical systems for CRM management, bookings, payment tracking, customer communication, and reporting. I enjoy taking repetitive tasks that are easy to miss and turning them into organized workflows that teams can rely on. One project I’m particularly proud of was a complete booking and operations system for a car-detailing business. I built and maintained multiple GoHighLevel workflows covering booking intake, service routing, pricing, appointment confirmations and reminders, payments, rescheduling, cancellations, no-shows, completed appointments, follow-ups, staff notifications, and review tasks. I also built multiple Zapier automations connecting GoHighLevel with Google Sheets using webhooks, conditional paths, record lookups, and Booking ID matching. The system included an operations dashboard with six charts and six interactive filters for tracking bookings, revenue, payments, services, vehicle demand, add-ons, and records requiring staff review. Before focusing on automation, I worked in sales, customer support, bookkeeping, and financial administration. This experience helps me understand how systems are used in everyday operations and how they affect both staff and customers. I’m currently looking for a remote role involving GoHighLevel, Zapier, CRM automation, or workflow management. I’m open to full-time, part-time, contract, and freelance opportunities, preferably during Philippine or Australian daytime hours.
